Cancellation/Refund Policy

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on cancellations. We are a high volume service provider and only have limited dates per month. Once you have booked your event and paid your deposit we start right away planning the event! So for that reason, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE! If your event has to be cancelled for any reason & its not on our end YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! THE DEPOSIT CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE FOR ANOTHER EVENT WITHIN 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE YOU CANCEL YOUR EVENT NOT THE DATE YOUR EVENT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELD ON.
