Cancellation Policy

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on cancellations. We are a high volume service provider and only have limited dates per month. Once you have booked your event and paid your deposit, the date and time is set.. Your event will start getting planned at the moment we receive your deposit, so for that reason, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE! If your event has to be cancelled for any reason, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! THE DEPOSIT CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE FOR ANOTHER EVENT WITHIN 1 YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL BOOKED DATE.
